Dear Cervus,

We ran into a bit of trouble with our broom attachment. It suffered some good damage. Of course being only a few days before Xmas I thought we would be completely
out of luck getting the parts we needed for the repair. I called your parts department and spoke with John Johnson (Bobcat of Calgary Partsmans) and explained our
situation and the parts we needed. He had the parts in stock, coordinated Canmore Courier and kept me informed of their delivery status and I had them on site in about
6 hours. Needless to say I was extremely happy. Well I installed the parts, fired the machine up only to discover we had hairline cracks in the metal connectors on both
of the broom hoses. Disaster I thought. The next morning I called up John only to find that these hoses were not in stock nor were they in Canada. He said not to worry as
he will try and see if he could get them flown in from the States via UPS. Again I thought no way this would happen as it is now 2 days before Xmas and possibly the
busiest day for UPS. Well he got the hoses, coordinated Canmore Courier for pick-up and delivery and I will have them here shortly. This guy is good!!

The customer service and follow-up calls John made were fantastic. He certainly went above and beyond to help us in a critical time as we are about to enter our busiest
season. Our broom attachment is used daily and without it we would suffer.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to him as it is service like this that needs to be recognized. You have a great employee in John.
